Welcome to Paignton Medical Partnership Online

nurse_with_baby2Paignton Medical Partnership consist of two surgeries (Grosvenor and Bishops Place) who merged together on the 1st April 2014 to become Paignton Medical Partnership. They are both very friendly practices dedicated to promoting excellent professional care for the patient. Our doctors, nurses and all our other staff are dedicated to offering a professional service and this surgery website will help us to keep all our patients up to date with news and information about our practice.

Patient Notice

In the next couple of weeks you will be able to book and cancel a Doctor’s appointment online. You will also be able to access some of your medical history; allergies and medication history in the first instance, but other sections in the future. This will be via a different website which will be advertised here when available.

Once it is up and running you will be invited to register the next time you book an appointment or ask at reception if you are in the surgery. You will need to come, in person, to the surgery with photo ID and proof of address (e.g. utility bill, bank statement or insurance policy). You will be asked to read some important information and then fill out a registration form.

If you already request your prescriptions via Vision Online, you will be able to access your medical records on that site as well, but you will still need to go through this registration procedure and ID check to be able to view them.

Due to confidentiality, you will only have access to your own records. However patients can give their permission for someone else to manage it for them, but they will still need to go through the ID process in person at the surgery. It will not be available for children under sixteen.
